When purchasing a lot in 44 North, buyers are committing to building a home within the neighborhood with Harris Builders. 

  • Once a site is purchased, Harris Builders works collaboratively with homeowners and architects to establish specific home plans and schedule a construction timeline.  

  • To maximize views among home sites, lots 12-27 and 29-34 are restricted to sing story (walk-out available.) Our website offers sample one and and two-story home designs for estimating square footage and possible layouts.  

  • Custom homes are subject to master deed restrictions and approval by the architectural committee.

  • Home pricing will vary depending upon individual selections.
